Project Coordinator

We are a beauty distribution company seeking an outgoing Project Coordinator to assist in three key areas of our business development team:
Marketing Communications (Social Media Campaigns, eBlasts, Text Blasts, Website Marketing, etc.)
Project Coordination (Trade Show/Event Planning, Website/Customer Service Support, Miscellaneous Vendor Relations Activities and Corporate Projects)
Sales/Education (Sales Meetings/Education Classes, Bi-Monthly Deal Sheets - Planning & Copy Editing)

The ideal candidate for this position is a versatile hybrid individual who has 1-3 years of experience working within several key social media outlets (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and is familiar not only with branding but with successfully generating buzz and attracting specific targeted audiences. We are seeking an independent thinker who carries with them, the aptitude to create social media campaigns while simultaneously managing several key corporate projects.

Requirements:

Must have a Whatever It Takes attitude and approach to this position as well as the greater good and success of the company as a whole
Must be a reliable and punctual worker
Must have a valid means of transportation
At least two years of social media experience
Must have some experience working with websites in either an administrative, support, customer service or development role, Magento admin experience preferred
Must be willing to take direction and have a willingness to work as part of a team
Bilingual preferred but not required
Beauty industry experience is preferred but not required
Must be familiar and comfortable working with Excel
Must be a highly organized person who is strong at verbal and written communication

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
